Настоящий проект является компаративным квалитативным исследованием в области мультикультурной педагогики. Основные участники исследования – студенты-магистранты, нацеленные на работу в учреждениях среднего образования в одной из трёх стран: Дании, Исландии и Норвегии. Результаты исследования прольют свет как на успешные практики, так и на пробелы в программах обучения студентов педагогических специальностей в учреждениях высшего образования в странах-участниках. Подобного рода исследования имеют большое значение для развития программ подготовки как административного персонала в организациях среднего образования, так и учителей-предметников. Кроме того, проект будет полезен будущим студентам педагогических специальностей, которые смогут выстраивать свои образовательные траектории с учётом опыта предыдущих студентов.
